The “Bank Concept”™ is undergoing tremendous growth because the idea is rapidly catching on with people who would otherwise not be able to jump off of their economic treadmill. It's a tremendous “grass roots” enterprise. But, with this success comes the enjoyable and predictable growth pains.

Happily this growth causes strain on our resources in four areas: fund manager, pursues and administers the funding program, agents who refer “Lender Clubs” to our concept; project managers who insure each project achieves its goal; and, administrators who maintain the contacts and reports with our “Lender Clubs”.
